About the role
The Global Account Management Director will lead customer growth and retention efforts, focusing on customer relationships, strategy development, and collaboration across Benchmark globally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own customer executive relationships and multi-level relationships at customer locations.
- Determine key stakeholders and influencers for customer account sustainment and growth.
- Orchestrates and develops customer account strategy, including strategic and technology roadmaps, through collaboration with Business Development, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Advocate for customers and gather VOC to serve as an escalation point, ensuring customer satisfaction, problem resolution, and improving overall customer health.
- Coordinate with sector leadership, site leadership globally, and corporate legal on contract administration and negotiation processes, including Supply Agreements, Amendments/Addendums, and NDAs.
- Maintain and monitor sector/customer P&L targets to ensure contract terms are met.
- Participate in site-level Customer Quarterly Business Reviews and orchestrate Executive Business Reviews.
Requirements
- Experienced as an Account Manager or Business Development leader with a focus on PCBA, +$25M in business development, and a track record of above-average revenue and margin growth.
- Experience in technology or manufacturing sales with increasing responsibilities.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and professional demeanor, capable of interacting with business executives both internally and externally.
Skills
- Strategic Account Management or Global Account Management experience.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.
- Documented track record of success and overachievement.
- Previous experience managing a team or geographic area.
Qualifications
- Experienced in defining, setting, and executing strategic account-specific business development plans to meet financial objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or business; MBA preferred.
Pay
$147,231.00 to $180,000.00 USD. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.

Work Environment
This position is remote or can be located at any Benchmark US facility. Travel domestically and internationally, up to 25% of time, is required.
