Director, Fulfillment Network Optimization (Remote)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Fulfillment Network Optimization (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This leader will oversee the optimization of a fulfillment network that supports high-quality delivery experiences across a fast-moving customer base. The role will focus on balancing capacity, strengthening service provider relationships, and improving operational performance through data-driven decision-making. The position also partners cross-functionally to build scalable solutions, refine delivery programs, and support growth in specialized enterprise channels.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with dispatch and service provider networks
• Implement performance frameworks to enhance customer experiences
• Balance capacity and demand across delivery networks
• Negotiate commercial agreements with delivery organizations
• Ensure data quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop delivery programs for specialized service channels
• Build scalable solutions for high-touch enterprise customers

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in delivery, logistics, or fulfillment operations
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into strategic action
• Experience in process mapping and operational innovation
• Demonstrated ability to leverage cross-functional collaboration for project execution
• Technology orientation with experience in shaping platform capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence

Pay

$195,000 – $274,000 annually
