About the role

The Director, Fuel Sourcing is responsible for overseeing the procurement and management of fuel resources to support the energy needs of data centers across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with fuel suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective fuel supply.
• Monitor fuel prices and market trends to make informed decisions that optimize costs and reduce risk.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to fuel sourcing and transportation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align fuel strategies with overall business objectives.
• Lead the implementation of fuel management systems to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in fuel sourcing, logistics, or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing fuel supply chains in high-stress environments.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with fuel management software and systems.
