About the role

The Director will lead the FP&A team for the McKesson Plasma and Biologics (MPB) business. Responsibilities include managing the monthly close and forecast, annual budgeting, and long-range planning activities, as well as solving business issues, driving business initiatives, and providing business insights through advanced analytics. The role involves process improvement, customer profitability analysis, and financial modeling of new-to-market therapeutics. The Director will serve as a trusted business partner to the Strategic Pricing and Manufacturer Relations team and sales leaders across all US Pharma channels, collaborating across the organization to produce actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Provide business and financial insight on monthly close and forecast; lead development and socialization of the annual budget and long-term plan
• Partner collaboratively with business owners to develop and produce KPI management reports to measure financial performance
• Provide advanced analytics on customer and manufacturer profitability and make recommendations to drive incremental operating profit
• Serve as an effective business partner who can influence decision-makers and work collaboratively across a large, matrixed organization
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Degree and typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience

• Proven success in collaborative partnerships across an organization
• Experience developing and managing strategic financial projects and programs
• Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills

• Prior process improvement and change management experience
• Knowledge of accounting GAAP principles

Additional Knowledge & Skills

• MBA or CPA preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with PowerBI and advanced analytics

Pay

Base pay range: $135,800 – $226,400 USD annually, with a 20% Management Incentive Plan (MIP). Total compensation may include an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, determined by performance, experience, skills, and market evaluations.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position. The selected candidate is expected to work on-site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in-office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities.
