Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of project managers.
  • Prepare budgets, schedules, and revenue projections.
  • Work with in-house proprietary technology and analytical toolkits.
  • Provide support for general projects and client account management.
  • Aid in client report writing and presentations.
  • Support all business development efforts to the Executive’s, Specialty Practice Leaders and Market Leaders.
  • Drive business development efforts across the different lines within Newmark.
  • Support local real estate brokers in pursuit of new business.
  • Research opportunities to increase the client list, including analyzing ways to become appraisers of record.
  • Support all major client presentations.
  • Provide sales support for key pursuits and business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a business, corporate/management, or commercial construction field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with technology and client service tools; PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Word, and VISIO/CAD CAM related project management and process mapping packages.
