Responsibilities
- Manage a team of project managers.
- Prepare budgets, schedules, and revenue projections.
- Work with in-house proprietary technology and analytical toolkits.
- Provide support for general projects and client account management.
- Aid in client report writing and presentations.
- Support all business development efforts to the Executive’s, Specialty Practice Leaders and Market Leaders.
- Drive business development efforts across the different lines within Newmark.
- Support local real estate brokers in pursuit of new business.
- Research opportunities to increase the client list, including analyzing ways to become appraisers of record.
- Support all major client presentations.
- Provide sales support for key pursuits and business development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a business, corporate/management, or commercial construction field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology and client service tools; PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Word, and VISIO/CAD CAM related project management and process mapping packages.
