Responsibilities

• Manages school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans.
• Assists with the implementation of Company-provided curriculum, including coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers.
• Ensures the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards, while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community.
• Promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children and works with staff to create a warm, inspiring environment.
• Keeps parents informed and engaged.
• Recruits, selects, and retains quality staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center/school requirements.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Pay

Starting salary of $69,900 based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.
