Director, Foundry Sales Systems and Enablement
About the role
The Director of Sales Systems & Enablement will lead the strategic direction, implementation, and ongoing support of the sales technology stack, focusing on Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and integration of Salesforce with other key sales and marketing systems.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new sales technologies to improve sales processes and performance.
- Design and implement automated workflows within Salesforce and other sales tools to streamline sales activities.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sales systems. Develop and maintain robust reporting dashboards.
- Create and deliver sales enablement programs focused on product knowledge, sales skills, and tool proficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team on all sales systems and tools.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure the stability and security of the sales technology infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues and bugs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business or equivalent practical experience with 20+ years, or a Master’s with 18+ years.
- Extensive experience with administering and customizing Salesforce.
- Proven track record integrating Salesforce with other sales and marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Experience with data science tools, such as Python, R.
- Experience with on-premise database management and warehousing.
- Korean language is a plus.

Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation range, including base pay between $210,000 - $336,000 USD, with additional incentive opportunities based on individual and company performance. Schedule
Daily onsite presence at our San Jose, CA headquarters in alignment with our Flexible Work policy.
