Director, Forward Deployed Engineering & AI GTM Lead

About the role

The Director, Forward Deployed Engineering & AI GTM Lead will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of engineering solutions in forward deployed environments, leveraging advanced AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI-driven strategies to optimize engineering processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Lead the implementation of AI technologies in forward-deployed environments, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of AI models and algorithms to support engineering operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers to drive adoption of AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team on AI best practices and emerging trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering and/or AI roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in complex environments.
• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
