Director, Forward Deployed Engineering & AI GTM Lead

About the role

The Director, Forward Deployed Engineering & AI GTM Lead will be responsible for driving the strategic implementation of advanced engineering solutions and artificial intelligence technologies to enhance our sales and partnerships efforts in the San Francisco office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for engineering and AI solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into product development and sales processes
• Lead the deployment of AI technologies across various business units to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement
• Oversee the integration of AI tools and platforms to support sales enablement and partner training programs
• Monitor and analyze AI performance metrics to inform continuous improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organization and external partners

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading successful AI and engineering projects
• Experience in developing and implementing GTM strategies for technology products
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in sales and partnerships
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers and data scientists
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in engineering and/or AI roles
• Experience in managing and scaling AI initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of industry-standard AI frameworks and tools

Pay

• $150,000 - $180,000 annually
