Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee daily operations of the FNC Day Program and Adult Developmental Activities division.
- Assess community and client needs to develop, expand, and enhance services.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, funding, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and enforce department and agency policies and procedures.
- Monitor program performance and achieve annual financial and budget objectives.
- Protect the health, safety, and rights of individuals served and agency staff.
- Develop and maintain the division's mission, vision, values, goals, and strategic initiatives.
- Recruit, train, supervise, mentor, and evaluate program staff.
- Identify staff development needs and coordinate ongoing professional development.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand services and increase community awareness.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor departmental budgets and financial performance.
- Develop and implement quality assurance and outcome measurement systems.
- Utilize participant and stakeholder feedback to improve services and program effectiveness.
- Participate on agency leadership teams, committees, and task forces to support organizational planning and collaboration.
- Maintain positive relationships with funding agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all agency policies, ethical standards, and safety procedures.

- Experience supervising and developing professional staff.
- Knowledge of developmental disability services and applicable regulations.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.

- Commitment to person-centered services and continuous quality improvement.
- Able to respond empathetically and professionally to individuals served, families, and staff.
Physical & Work Requirements
- Frequent local travel with occasional out-of-state travel.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of vehicle insurance required.
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
- Frequent sitting and manual tasks.
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.
- Occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
Certifications & Training Requirements
- CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens certification.
- Certified Restraint Training (CRT).
- Core A & B Medication Certification.
- Completion of all required agency and regulatory training.
