Day Program Staff

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 support to a participant throughout the day
• Aid in daily living activities such as hygiene, meals, and mobility
• Support participation in community outings like parks, stores, and libraries
• Implement behavior support plans and redirect as necessary
• Ensure safety, engagement, and well-being at all times
• Ride along during transportation to support the participant

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 18 years old
• Patient, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in caregiving or behavioral support (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable working independently in the community
• Able to pass a background check and Live Scan
