Director, FNBO Card & Merchant

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Director of FNBO Card & Merchant to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for FNBO's Commercial Card and Merchant Services
• Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align business development with strategic objectives
• Conduct training sessions for employees on sales processes and product offerings
• Develop a robust pipeline of prospects and focus on cross-selling opportunities
• Coach and develop a team to ensure accuracy in sales paperwork and smooth customer onboarding
• Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and team performance
• Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (Finance, Business or related field)
• Minimum 7+ years in account management or related field, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Payments products (Treasury, Card, Merchant, Global Banking)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with effective business plan development and execution
• Proficiency in CRM software and relevant tools
• Results-oriented with a focus on business growth and exceeding targets

Pay

$136,655 – $232,313 annually
