We are seeking an Account Management Partner to revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability. The ideal candidate will create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, focusing on proactive account growth, and building trusted relationships with top-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections
• Bring the very best of Kyndryl to the table
• Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions
• Collaborate with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process
• Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts
• Generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
• Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with our partners
• Ensure customer satisfaction and account compliance

Requirements

• 5+ years experience running account P&L
• Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
• 7+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
• Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
• Open-minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree
• Sales experience in technical solutions

Pay & Benefits

• Compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $159,240 to $286,560 based on a full-time schedule
