We’re actively seeking a talented Investment Reporting Director to join our Accounting & Reporting team in Newport Beach, CA or Charlotte, NC. As an Investment Reporting Director you will play a critical role in Pacific Life’s financial and management reporting processes. This position is responsible for leading investment-related financial reporting, analytics, and executive reporting activities, including the quarterly divisional investment analysis, Board Investment & Finance Committee reporting, and other key internal and external reporting deliverables. You will lead a team of professionals while providing oversight and review of work across the broader Investment Reporting team. The role serves as a key partner to Pacific Life Investments, Financial Reporting, and Division Finance teams. This role offers the opportunity to influence critical business decisions, drive process improvements, and lead initiatives to enhance reporting quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 2-3 professionals responsible for investment and financial reporting activities
• Oversee the preparation, review, and delivery of quarterly divisional investment results packages
