Director Financial Reporting

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of Accounting/Finance experience
• 5+ years of SEC reporting experience
• Proven ownership of SEC reporting and public company filings
• Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing 10-Ks and 10-Qs
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA strongly preferred
• P&C Insurance experience (auto insurance or other property & casualty carriers)

We're Seeking Someone Who Can Independently Own The Entire SEC Reporting Process While Serving As a Technical Accounting Resource To Leadership.

Additional Details

• Reports to the Director of Insurance Accounting
• No direct reports
• Team of 6 individuals (2 fully remote)
• Fully remote candidates will be considered, with occasional travel to Nashville as needed
• Core collaboration hours overlap with the Central Time Zone (9AM or 10AM – 3PM CST)
