Director, Finance Business Partner (Go-To-Market) - Full Time - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Finance Business Partner (Go-To-Market) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will serve as a strategic finance partner to the go-to-market organization, helping shape planning, forecasting, and investment decisions that support growth. You will work closely with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, assess pipeline health, and translate financial data into clear recommendations. The position also includes support for strategic initiatives and special projects that influence broader business direction. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $121,400 – $161,500 annually Responsibilities Lead annual financial and strategic planning for the go-to-market business unit Act as a strategic finance advisor to executive team members Evaluate pipeline health and ROI on go-to-market investments with key teams Develop revenue forecasting models and conduct sensitivity analysis Analyze key SaaS metrics and provide actionable insights Promote data-driven decision-making through clear recommendations Manage special projects such as strategic planning and M&A support Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience At least eight years of relevant work experience Experience partnering directly with senior leaders Strong understanding of financial planning and management reporting Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills Experience with Salesforce CRM Benefits Opportunity to work remotely or in an office setting Promotes cross-functional collaboration Focus on strategic influence over traditional reporting Exposure to senior leadership and decision-making processes Opportunity for special projects that impact company strategy Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
