Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (or country equivalent).
• MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• Demonstration of key finance competencies and typically 15+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a leadership role.

Skills

• Strong business acumen and judgment as well as understanding of relevant business environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Third-Party Reimbursement with full understanding of the complexities of the business model.
• Ability to effectively influence and drive consensus with diverse stakeholders; demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles, tax and legal accounting (Knowledge of acquisition accounting a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership.
• Skilled at assembling and managing both ongoing staff, Finance shared service center resources, as well as cross-functional teams as required.
• Decisive leadership, with ability to generate ideas, develop alternatives, rapidly decide upon best course of action and drive implementation of that decision.

Pay

The estimated base salary for this position is $176,000 - 242,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentive.

Schedule

Baxter has a required minimum number of days a week onsite. This policy provides the benefits of connecting and collaborating in-person in support of our Mission. The flexible workplace policy is subject to local laws and legal requirements. At its discretion, Baxter may decide to adjust, suspend, or discontinue as business needs change.
