Responsibilities
- Analyzes and identifies any trends that affect quality of services, implements corrective plan of action including new or modified programs, additional training or any measure to improve quality.
- Aids in the development and implementation of annual budget for the department.
- Collaborates with leadership to ascertain training and education needs and to develop education goals for the workforce, partners and customers.
- Contributes to development and implementation of overall programs/activities.
- Prepares and analyzes various financial reports for internal and external purposes.
- Serves as a resource agent for departmental personnel, providing guidance, feedback, and problem-solving strategies.
- Implements progressive discipline and accurately documents all information.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Seven years' experience: Preferred
- Five years' leadership experience: Preferred

- Pay Range : The estimated base pay for this position is $139,004 to $208,505. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
