Responsibilities
- Directs the overall operation of the Facilities Engineering Departments (Maintenance for the Sisters of Charity Hospital, Main Street Campus (MSC), Sisters of Charity Hospital, St. Joseph Campus (SJC), and the MSC off-site facilities)
- Sisters of Charity Hospital & St. Joseph Campus Environmental Services, Switchboard and Parking departments
- Administers day-to-day operations
- Participates in the budgeting process
- Oversees major projects and renovations
- Responsible for over 1,100,000 (+) sq. ft. of building space
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Building Management and Maintenance required
- B.S. or B.A. Degree preferred
- Ten (10) years of Facilities/Engineering health care experience with associate's degree
- Eight (8) years of healthcare experience with BS or BA Degree
- Three (3) to five (5) years managerial experience required
