Job Summary

The Director of Enterprise Solution Architecture is a senior IT leadership role responsible for enterprise wide solution architecture governance, standards, and strategic alignment across Harris Health. Reporting to the VP Chief Architect, this role ensures that all solutions are designed, implemented, and governed in alignment with organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and healthcare operations. This role defines and drives the enterprise architecture strategy, roadmap, and execution across all technology domains, including applications, cloud, data, and integration. The Director serves as the governing authority for enterprise architecture decisions, establishing standards, approving solution designs, and ensuring alignment with long-term organizational strategy. The Director leads architecture teams, oversees enterprise standards, and partners with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to drive scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Clinical Informatics, or Related Field. Master's Degree in Information Systems, Clinical Informatics, or Related Field preferred.
• Certifications: ITIL or COBIT governance certification preferred; Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) or program/portfolio preferred; TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification preferred (required within 1 year).
• Work Experience: Eight (8) years of enterprise architecture, solution delivery, technology strategy, including 5 years of enterprise leadership and cross functional program delivery in a healthcare system.
• Management Experience: Five (5) years of direct and matrix leadership, governance forums, architecture review boards, enterprise decision-making.
