Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- (ISC)² CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional
- ISSAP – Information Systems Security Architecture Professional
Work Experience
- 7+ years of experience leading enterprise and solution architecture in complex, regulated environments (healthcare preferred)
- 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring or managing technical teams
- Experience architecting and integrating enterprise and clinical technology platforms at scale
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on enterprise technology initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise and solution architecture in complex, regulated environments (healthcare preferred)
- TOGAF® (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Deep knowledge of enterprise and solution architecture within complex, regulated environments, including healthcare ecosystems
- Strong skill in designing and integrating cloud platforms, enterprise systems, identity and access management (IAM/IGA), and large-scale integrations
- Ability to define and apply enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy
- Proven capability to partner with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient technology solutions
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled and emerging technologies, with the ability to evaluate and apply them to improve automation, efficiency, and user experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and clinical requirements into scalable, reliable technical solutions for diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to operate at the executive level, communicating complex technical concepts clearly to senior leaders and non-technical audiences
- Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and guide technical professionals
- Ability to lead without authority in a matrixed environment, driving alignment, accountability, and outcomes across teams
- Ability to operate at the executive level, modeling leadership behaviors and communicating complex technical concepts clearly to senior leaders and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, change, and transformation, balancing hands-on architectural ownership with strategic oversight
