Director, Enterprise Quality Engineering

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Director of Enterprise Quality Engineering to join their team. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise quality validation strategy for business workflows and integrations
• Establish standards for integration assurance and release certification
• Provide technical leadership in complex validation scenarios
• Partner with various teams to manage quality risks and resolve defects
• Advance automation and AI-enabled quality engineering practices
• Own enterprise release certification and quality gate processes
• Drive production quality practices and post-release validation
• Define quality metrics and governance routines for visibility

Qualifications

• 12+ years in quality engineering or related technical fields
• 5+ years managing technical teams or quality engineering capabilities
• Experience with end-to-end testing in complex environments
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing
• Familiarity with validation across platforms, APIs, and distributed systems
• Skilled in using data and AI practices for quality insights
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay

$156,600 – $215,400 annually
