Director, Enterprise Data & Artificial Intelligence
About the Role
The Director, Enterprise Data & Artificial Intelligence serves as CRH Medical Corporation's strategic leader for enterprise data, business intelligence, analytics, and artificial intelligence. This role is responsible for developing and executing an enterprise-wide data strategy that transforms information into actionable insights, enables data-driven decision making, and leverages AI to improve operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and business performance across all CRH business segments. The Director will establish a single source of truth for enterprise reporting, oversee data governance, develop predictive analytics, and identify opportunities to automate processes through responsible AI technologies. This position partners closely with Executive Leadership and functional leaders across HR, Finance, Operations, Recruiting, Credentialing, Provider Services, Marketing, Revenue Cycle, Compliance, and Information Technology. This role is instrumental in supporting CRH's continued growth by transforming enterprise data into a strategic business asset and reports directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRH's enterprise data and analytics strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Establish enterprise data governance standards, policies, and best practices.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, security, and accessibility across all business functions.
- Develop enterprise data architecture supporting scalable business growth.
- Design and maintain executive dashboards and enterprise scorecards.
- Develop standardized organizational KPIs and reporting metrics.
- Build predictive and prescriptive analytics supporting strategic planning.
- Deliver meaningful business insights through advanced analytics and visualization tools.
- Identify operational trends, risks, and growth opportunities through enterprise data analysis.
- Lead CRH's responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence technologies.
- Evaluate emerging AI solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
- Identify automation opportunities across administrative, operational, and clinical support functions.
- Develop AI governance standards and implementation guidelines.
- Partner with department leaders to integrate AI into existing workflows while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain an integrated enterprise reporting environment consolidating data across Human Resources, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Credentialing, Recruitment, Marketing, Compliance, CRH Clinical Operations, CRH Staffing, CRH GI Solutions, and Executive Leadership.
- Develop executive dashboards providing real-time organizational performance.
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Partner with the MSP to integrate enterprise systems and databases.
- Assist with building, maintaining, and continuously improving bi-directional API systems for speed, reliability, and quality.
- Develop scalable data models and reporting architecture.
- Optimize business intelligence platforms and reporting tools.
- Evaluate emerging analytics and AI technologies supporting organizational growth.
- Serve as the organization's enterprise analytics subject matter expert.
- Provide ultimate ownership of enterprise data quality and data integrity.
- Present data-driven recommendations to Executive Leadership and Divisional Leaders.
- Educate leaders on analytics, AI capabilities, and data-informed decision making.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data literacy across the organization.
- Travel as needed throughout the U.S. and Canada.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Eight (8) or more years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, data management, or enterprise reporting.
- Five (5) or more years leading enterprise analytics initiatives.
- Experience implementing AI solutions and business intelligence platforms.
- Demonstrated success developing executive dashboards and enterprise reporting sourced from independent and diverse software systems.
- Experience managing enterprise data governance initiatives.
- Healthcare industry experience highly preferred.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Python, Azure Data Services, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes, enterprise reporting, dashboard development, data visualization, predictive analytics, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to integrate, analyze, and interpret complex datasets while developing scalable reporting solutions that support enterprise-wide decision-making and responsible AI initiatives.
