Director, Enterprise Applications

About the role

C.H. Guenther is seeking a strategic and business-focused technology leader to oversee our enterprise applications portfolio and help drive the next phase of growth and transformation across the organization. This role will lead SAP ECC and related enterprise applications while partnering closely with business leaders to support acquisitions, integrations, modernization initiatives, and long-term technology strategy. The Director, Enterprise Applications will play a critical leadership role in standardizing processes, enabling growth, and ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Applications Strategy
  • Develop and execute the roadmap for enterprise applications, including SAP ECC and related business platforms.
  • Evaluate future-state technology strategies and modernization opportunities.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align technology priorities with business objectives.
• Drive Acquisitions and Integrations
  • Lead ERP and enterprise application integration efforts for newly acquired businesses.
  • Establish scalable processes and standards to accelerate future integrations.
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and stabilization of implementation projects.
• Partner with the Business
  • Collaborate with leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Commercial, HR, and Shared Services.
  • Translate business requirements into technology solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.
