For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Enterprise Applications team to enhance performance
  • Oversee ERP development and lifecycle alongside IT and business teams
  • Manage development and implementation of enterprise applications and system upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards such as HIPAA and SOX
  • Develop multi-year capability road maps in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Prepare management reports and participate in Steering Committee meetings
  • Oversee release and change management, ensuring adherence to quality standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP solutions implementation and upgrades
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise architecture and design patterns
  • Proven experience with enterprise integration, especially in cloud and traditional ERP settings
  • Substantial knowledge of business functions and technology in the healthcare sector

Pay

$136,400 – $177,400 annually
