Director Enterprise Application

About the role

C2C is seeking a visionary technology leader to own the enterprise applications powering critical Finance, HR, and corporate operations for a major organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT applications strategy for Finance, HR, and corporate systems
• Lead deployment, support, and optimization of enterprise applications and integrations
• Drive digital transformation and system modernization initiatives
• Manage and mentor application managers, product owners, and engineering resources
• Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and application budgets

Qualifications

• Experience owning enterprise Finance and HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms
• Background managing technology budgets and vendor negotiations
• Experience driving enterprise application transformations and modernization programs
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

Knowledge of SOX, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements

Pay

Up to $230,000, depending on experience
