This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within a complex logistics environment. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.
Responsibilities
- Manage performance across five engineering teams, ensuring high standards
- Lead billing automation initiatives in partnership with Finance
- Oversee the TMS/Parcel build, focusing on cost reduction and revenue generation
- Drive LMS roadmap for network-wide warehouse cost efficiency
- Ensure technical health and scalability of WMS platform
Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience with strong technical depth
- Proven ability to manage and coach engineering managers
- Experience building cross-functional relationships, especially with Finance
- Track record of driving significant business outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills and accountability in team performance

Pay
$130,000 – $180,000 annually
