Job Summary

The Director, Engagement and Workforce Programs is responsible for designing and delivering programs and culture initiatives that reinforce the organization's values and enhance the employee experience. This role provides strategic leadership to the Talent Acquisition team, overseeing and developing recruiting capabilities and employer branding efforts. Additionally, this role focuses on the development and execution of internal and external initiatives, including building external visibility, creating and scaling internship programs, establishing departmental metrics and dashboards, and executing culture-building and engagement initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team while establishing and maintaining departmental metrics and dashboards.
  • Develop and execute an employee branding strategy aligned with company values and business priorities.
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications to ensure consistent, authentic brand messaging across career sites, job postings, social media, and recruiting materials.
  • Design, launch, and manage internship programs that support early career talent development and long-term workforce planning.
  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers to identify meaningful internship opportunities and project-based experiences.
  • Lead culture-building initiatives that reinforce company values while contributing to onsite event planning and ensuring the flawless execution of employee experience activities that strengthen employee connection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience within Talent Acquisition, designing and executing employee brands, internships, and culture programs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team.
  • Experience in a scaling or change-oriented environment preferred.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication skills, storytelling, and project management skills. Maintain confidentiality of all company and personnel information. Operate with a high degree of autonomy. Project a professional and positive attitude. Excellent attention to detail. Highly collaborative, with a strong ability to connect people and teams. Demonstrated ability to switch gears in a fast and growing environment; efficient, effective time management skills. Ability to develop and execute projects independently.
