Director, EHS Programs, Compliance & Training
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings. We have "POSITION SUMMARY" -> could be "About the role". "RESPONSIBILITIES" -> Responsibilities. "QUALIFICATIONS" -> Qualifications. "EXPERIENCE" maybe part of Qualifications? But we can keep as separate? The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Experience and Education under Qualifications? But they are separate headings in posting. However we can keep them as separate sections if they have substantive content. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we need to include sections for which we have content.
We have content for: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities, Work Environment (maybe not required heading but we could include as "Work Environment" but not in list of allowed headings; allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Work Environment not in list; maybe we should incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exhaustive; we could still use other headings if needed? Probably better to stick to those. Work environment could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. But we have location and travel info; could be included in About the role paragraph.
Qualifications: we have qualifications list. Experience and Education could be under Qualifications or separate Requirements. The allowed headings include Requirements. So we could use Requirements for experience and education combined. Qualifications for skills/knowledge. Benefits and Pay (Compensation) sections.
Thus sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (experience + education), Qualifications (knowledge/skills), Benefits, Pay.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: EEO, diversity statement, application instructions, CO ONLY date, etc. Also remove "Advanced Energy is committed to diversity..." etc. Also remove "If you require assistance..." etc. Also remove "Advanced Energy is committed to diversity..." etc. Also remove "CO ONLY: Applications will be accepted through 07/17..." etc.
Also remove "WHY BE A PART OF ADVANCED ENERGY?" maybe that's company description; we could incorporate into About Advanced Energy? But we might not need a separate section; we could include in About the role? Actually the "About Advanced Energy" paragraph is company overview; not required but could be part of About the role? The instruction: do not repeat job title as heading; we can include company overview as a paragraph before sections? It says output ONLY the HTML fragment; we can include any content as long as it's substantive. The company overview is substantive; we could include as a
before sections, not as a heading. That's fine. Thus structure:
About Advanced Energy ... (the paragraph about company).

with compensation range. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual range. Now ensure we remove any boilerplate: EEO, diversity statement, application instructions, CO ONLY date, etc. Also remove "Advanced Energy is committed to diversity in its workforce including Equal Employment Opportunity for Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities." etc. Also remove "If you require assistance in completing an Advanced Energy application, please reach out to HumanResources@aei.com." Also remove "CO ONLY: Applications will be accepted through 07/17, the company reserves the right to review applications at any point after they are submitted." Also remove "WHY BE A PART OF ADVANCED ENERGY?" maybe we can keep as part of company overview? It's a heading but we are not using headings for that; we can just incorporate the paragraph after "About Advanced Energy". The WHY BE A PART... paragraph is substantive; we can include as aafter company overview. Thus final HTML:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "As required by multiple state pay transparency laws..." We can keep that sentence? It's part of compensation description but it's somewhat boilerplate. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The sentence about pay transparency laws is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered legal. Might be safe to keep? It's part of the compensation description; but we could keep just the range. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The sentence about pay transparency laws is substantive? It's a statement about why they provide a range. Might be considered legal boilerplate but it's part of the posting. I'd keep it to be safe. However it's not a duplicate. It's not EEO. It's fine. Thus modify Pay section to include that sentence plus range. Thus:Pay
As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting
