About the Role

As the Director of Education, you will be the visionary leader steering the educational direction towards excellence. You will shape the minds of future industry professionals, ensure program quality, and maintain compliance with necessary standards. This role offers the opportunity to lead with passion, collaborate with industry experts, and make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations, manage budgets, and build a stellar Education team.
  • Develop, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional education and support.
  • Ensure UTI's operations adhere to legal standards and accrediting bodies.
  • Fulfill Campus Security Authority (CSA) duties with diligence and care.
  • Establish and maintain a motivated, high-performing team through effective training and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration or Management preferred).
  • 5 years of leadership or management experience.
  • Project management and strategic thinking prowess.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong people and leadership abilities.
  • Time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
