We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Job Description" then paragraphs, then "About Network & Acquiring Solutions", then description of role, then "Responsibilities", then "Key Responsibilities" list, then "Requirements/Qualifications" with "QUALIFICATIONS" heading and bullet list, then "About Us", "About The Team" with benefits list. We must use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should not repeat job title as heading. We should not include Job ID etc. We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need sections: About Network & Acquiring Solutions? That could be "About the role"? Actually heading "About Network & Acquiring Solutions" is a section heading. Use

About Network & Acquiring Solutions

. Then maybe "Responsibilities" heading. Then "Requirements/Qualifications" maybe combine? The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Qualifications content. We have Benefits content in About The Team. We have no explicit Pay or Schedule. So we should not create those sections. We also have "About Us" maybe could be "About the company"? Not in list but we could still include as a section? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exclusive list. So we can include other headings like About Us, About The Team. Probably okay. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities list, qualifications list, benefits list. We must use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out the EEO statements, the "American Express is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "US Job Seekers - Click to view the “ Know Your Rights ” poster." etc. Also remove "For a full list of Team Amex benefits, visit our Colleague Benefits Site ." maybe keep? It's a reference but maybe considered boilerplate? It's a link to benefits site; could be considered part of benefits but it's a generic link. Might be okay to keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The benefits link is not exactly those, but it's a reference. Might be okay to keep as part of benefits section. We also need to remove duplicated lines. There's some duplication? Not obvious. We need to preserve all substantive information: the description about core of company, about Network & Acquiring Solutions, role description, responsibilities list, qualifications list, about us, about team benefits. We must not include Pay or Schedule sections because not stated. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About Network & Acquiring Solutions

    ... paragraphs ...

Maybe also include earlier "Job Description" paragraphs before that? The posting starts with "Job Description The core of our company..." That is prose about role. Could be a section "About the role"? But we have "About Network & Acquiring Solutions" heading. The initial paragraphs could be considered part of "Job Description". We could make a section

    About the role

containing those paragraphs. However the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we should include About the role heading for the initial description. Then About Network & Acquiring Solutions as another section? Might be redundant but okay. Let's parse: - First paragraph: "Job Description The core of our company is not just the products we offer, but the personal connections our customers have with our brand. You can create digital experiences– from payments to rewards to servicing– that keep us connected to our customers and serve them at every touchpoint. From digital servicing and lifestyle features to secure, frictionless payment options, you can make a meaningful difference in our customers’ lives and help set us apart in the industry." That's generic intro. - Then "About Network & Acquiring Solutions As part of the Global Merchant & Network Services group (GMNS), the GMNS Product team is at the core of American Express, uniquely positioned to support every business unit and customer across the Enterprise. ..." Thus we could have two sections: About the role (first paragraph) and About Network & Acquiring Solutions (the rest). Or combine into one About the role section. But we have heading "About Network & Acquiring Solutions" explicitly in text, so we should keep that as a heading. Thus:

    About the role

The core of our company is not just the products we offer, but the personal connections our customers have with our brand. You can create digital experiences– from payments to rewards to servicing– that keep us connected to our customers and serve them at every touchpoint. From digital servicing and lifestyle features to secure, frictionless payment options, you can make a meaningful difference in our customers’ lives and help set us apart in the industry.

Then Requirements/Qualifications: The heading "Requirements/Qualifications" then "QUALIFICATIONS". We could make a section

    Qualifications

with list. But we also have "Requirements/Qualifications" heading; we could use

    Requirements

    or

    Qualifications

. Since list is qualifications, we'll use

    Qualifications

. List items: - Ability to see the big picture and develop long-term plans that align with business objectives. - Capable of making data-driven decisions quickly and effectively. - Comfortable taking calculated risks and making tough choices when necessary. - Passion for payments and the advancement in technologies driving innovation in the payments ecosystem. - Knowledge of Bill Pay capabilities and/or A2A money movement (ACH, wires, RTP, etc.) a plus. - Passion to drive execution and deliver results in a dynamic and highly matrixed environment. - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a Product organization driving large, complex, and transformational initiatives. - High-intellectual curiosity and strong analytical and critical thinking skills with experience in complex problem solving and strategic thought leadership. - Ability to effectively collaborate with and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on shared objectives. - Ability to influence key partners and executive stakeholders. - Excellent communication skills, proficient in developing excellent quality presentations and deliverables for an executive audience. - Takes initiatives from concept to Development. - Able to prioritize in ambiguous situations. - Always striving to deliver great products. - Proactive, self-driven, curious, loves learning. - Accepting of changing priorities and conditions; copes effectively with complexity and change. - Follows through on items without being managed. - Resourceful, has grit, and a positive “can do” attitude. - Sound interpersonal skills and proven ability to navigate in a cross-functional setup. - Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the United States is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions. We need to keep all. Now About Us: Could be a section

    with prose.
