How We LEAD
Capitol Christian Music Group (“CCMG”) is seeking a fan-first minded Director, Digital Marketing to join the Digital Marketing team. This role acts as the digital lead for a designated artist roster, leading all facets of digital marketing for each project including but not limited to the creation and execution of digital marketing plans, content-first social strategy, pre-release and release planning, audience development, fan engagement, digital advertising, and more.
How You’ll CREATE Strategy
- Own and lead comprehensive digital marketing strategies across the full artist lifecycle (pre-release, release, sustain), aligning campaigns with commercial objectives, audience growth, and long-term brand development.
- Define and evolve social and digital strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels), driving innovation and best-in-class fan engagement.
- Build full-funnel audience strategies, including fan acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention, leveraging CRM, paid media, and content ecosystems.
- Develop scalable creator and influencer strategies to drive cultural relevance, discovery, and measurable growth.
Execution
- Oversee end-to-end execution of digital marketing strategies, ensuring excellence from ideation through launch, optimization, and sustain phases.
- Lead content strategy across social, web, and digital campaigns, ensuring cohesive storytelling and alignment with artist brand identity.
- Direct cross-functional execution across internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated, on-brand campaigns at scale.
- Partner with Media Planner to develop and execute high-impact paid media strategies, optimizing targeting, creative, and channel mix.
- Oversee artist websites and digital properties, ensuring best-in-class user experience, technology, and content relevance.
- Identify and activate on emerging trends, particularly in short-form content, to drive real-time engagement and cultural momentum.
Insights & Performance
- Own digital performance metrics and KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies, improve efficiency, and maximize ROI.
- Lead post-campaign analysis and reporting, translating performance data into actionable insights, benchmarks, and forward-looking recommendations.
Additional
- Serve as a strategic leader and key voice within the organization, effectively presenting vision, strategies, and performance insights to align stakeholders and drive decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with artist management, artists, platform partners, and creators, positioning as a trusted expert in digital strategy and innovation.

Bring Your VIBE
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media or related field; music or entertainment industry experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Deep understanding of fandom culture, social platforms, and digital-first product trends.
- Experience with website development, email marketing, short form content and fan messaging is essential.
- Excellent cross-functional communicator and collaborator with creative and commercial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee campaign ideation and campaign execution.
