Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Display Integrated Marketing team to create compelling marketing assets for digital channels and Sales support, including sales presentations or pitches, case studies, social content, event support, white papers, one-pagers or flyers, website content, webinars, and more.
  • Oversee key team responsibilities:
    • CRM & Lead Generation: Launch and manage lead generation campaigns to generate pipeline and create demand for Sales execution. Measure results through regular performance reviews with agency partners to ensure pipeline health and marketing-led lead creation.
    • Content & Social: Oversee content and social calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube to ensure exposure of Display success stories and installs. Identify new opportunities to expand reach and awareness, and create pull-through from written case studies and content from marketing campaigns and other touchpoints.
    • Creative Services: Oversee a team of creative designers who develop content and collateral in-house. Provide timely feedback, ensure the request pipeline is clean and properly timed, and prioritize as needed for customer meetings.
  • Work with cross-divisional and cross-functional groups, such as Sales, training, and other business units, to maximize MDF spend and shared platforms.
  • Attend events as needed to participate in or oversee content filming and production on-site.
  • Share campaign performance reporting monthly and insights for new opportunities within digital channels with local and global marketing teams for visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience in Channel or B2B marketing.
  • Experience managing direct and indirect teams, including agency oversight.
  • Prior experience in brand or channel marketing with an emphasis on digital channel execution.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales channels within the high-tech product technology industry preferred.
  • Agency experience a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced industry and matrixed organization with cross-functional partners.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge and skills; AI fluency and prompting skills to create efficient workflows.
  • Strong, articulate communication style, both written and verbal.
