Director, Digital Consulting | Transformation (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Digital Consulting | Transformation (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will guide strategic client accounts through complex technology transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on growth, executive relationships, and integrated delivery across multiple domains. The role is centered on turning individual engagements into broader transformation programs that create measurable client value. You will also partner closely with senior stakeholders and consulting teams to shape account strategy, manage risk, and maintain healthy delivery outcomes. The position requires a blend of consulting leadership, commercial ownership, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced technology environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $185,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Own account growth and executive relationships for strategic accounts Build and operationalize comprehensive account views and strategies Convert isolated engagements into multi-domain transformation programs Serve as the Digital Account Lead and senior owner of client outcomes Orchestrate cross-domain teams to ensure integrated account strategy Maintain active oversight of delivery health and client sentiment Establish a risk management oversight cadence and drive stabilization plans Qualifications Bachelor's degree, Master’s preferred, in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 12+ years in management or technology consulting Demonstrated account ownership and revenue growth across technology transformations Proven success in leading executive pursuits and crafting proposals Practical knowledge across key technology domains, including cloud and AI Strong communication skills with executive presence Experience mentoring and building high-performing consulting teams Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Training and development programs Collaborative culture Work-life balance and generous paid time off Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
