Director, Development (Data Center Construction)

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Development (Data Center Construction) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will guide the delivery of complex data center development projects from sold deal through customer deployment, ensuring execution aligns with client objectives, design requirements, and operational standards. The position requires close partnership with property development, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently across multiple locations. It also calls for strong leadership in managing timelines, costs, approvals, and client relationships while supporting secured federal opportunities.
