How You'll Contribute

  • Translate Gainbridge's strategy into a prioritized set of problems worth solving with data, analytics, and AI.
  • Turn data and models into narratives that change specific business decisions.
  • Drive insights into real workflows and the moment of decision, ensuring they are adopted and trusted.
  • Shape and govern the application of AI capabilities within the domain.
  • Co-own every use case with the data and engineering team, framing problems and owning outcomes.

Success is Measured

  • Decisions changed at Gainbridge, with value realized measured against outcomes, not artifacts shipped.
  • The right problems are worked on, with the domain's most important problems prioritized.
  • Insight is embedded in real workflows and trusted by decision-makers.
  • Use cases are co-owned and land, with both sides having standing.

What We're Looking For

  • Business acumen first, with a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer financial services.
  • A track record of changing outcomes with measurable business impact.
  • Analytical fluency, able to critically interrogate data and models.
  • Effective communication and influence, earning the trust of senior stakeholders.
  • Applied AI fluency, conversant in AI capabilities and their applicability.
  • A partnership instinct, sharing accountability and framing problems well.
  • Judgment on what matters, telling structural opportunities from quick-wins.

Pay and Benefits

  • Base pay ranges from $140,000/year in the lowest geographic market to $180,000/year in the highest geographic market.
  • Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, an Employee Assistance Program, wellness programs, and a 401K plan with matching contributions.
