Who We're Looking For

• Likely authorized to work in the U.S.
• Commutable distance to Tampa, FL
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or platform operations, with 5+ years leading and developing teams
• Proven experience running production-grade data environments with SLAs, incident and problem management, and operational controls
• Proficient design and implementation skills for development of real time data platform using Kafka and deep understanding of cloud data architectures on AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, ELT/ETL orchestration, and data observability and monitoring patterns
• A demonstrable track record of running productized data services with SLAs in a regulated enterprise (financial services, healthcare, insurance, public sector, or similar)
• Exposure to embedded analytics, customer-facing data products, or monetized data offerings with track record of FinOps maturity on Snowflake and Databricks at multi-million-dollar annual run-rates

Pay

Annual Base Salary Range: $220,000 - $275,000
