Key Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction for enterprise AI/ML initiatives.
• Partner with executive leaders to prioritize analytics programs addressing critical organizational challenges.
• Oversee machine learning deployments, strengthen analytical platforms, and support adoption across core business functions.
• Mentor high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.
• Promote data governance, regulatory compliance, and external thought leadership to deliver sustainable business value.
• Lead enterprise data science and AI/ML strategy aligned with business goals.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10-12+ years of data science, analytics, or AI/ML experience, including team leadership.
• Expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, model deployment, and scalable AI/ML platforms.
• Strong communication, advisory, and mentoring skills with executives, technical teams, and diverse talent.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, governance, strategic execution, and willingness to travel up to 15%.
