Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with a diverse set of data providers to enhance the DSP's data offerings.
  • Lead negotiations for data partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate new data sources into the DSP, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape related to data partnerships in the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the success of data partnerships and regularly report on performance to senior management.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align data partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies that may impact supply quality and marketplace dynamics.
  • Represent PulsePoint at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our data capabilities and partnerships.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in data partnerships, business development, or a related role within the digital advertising or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and DSP technologies is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team, even in situations where they are not the direct reporting manager.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Target Salary Range

$160-175k base + 16-17.5k target annual bonus based on company and individual performance
