Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with a diverse set of data providers to enhance the DSP's data offerings.
- Lead negotiations for data partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate new data sources into the DSP, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape related to data partnerships in the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of data partnerships and regularly report on performance to senior management.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align data partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies that may impact supply quality and marketplace dynamics.
- Represent PulsePoint at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our data capabilities and partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in data partnerships, business development, or a related role within the digital advertising or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and DSP technologies is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team, even in situations where they are not the direct reporting manager.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Target Salary Range
$160-175k base + 16-17.5k target annual bonus based on company and individual performance
