Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a commercial and real-world data strategy aligned with organizational priorities
  • Lead data landscaping and fit-for-purpose data selection through workshops
  • Maintain deep understanding of traditional and emerging real-world data sources
  • Lead vendor relationships, negotiations, and performance management
  • Establish frameworks for ethical data use and regulatory compliance
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive commercial data inventory and catalog
  • Promote adoption and effective data use through communication and training

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or related quantitative field
  • Deep expertise in real-world and commercial data
  • Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial data and vendor offerings
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and leading data acquisition initiatives
  • Strong executive-level communication skills
