About the role

In this high-impact leadership role, you are the strategic architect of the relationship with Kyndryl’s most significant customers. You will build deep, trusted connections with C-suite executives, bringing the full power of Kyndryl’s global expertise to solve complex business challenges and shape the future of our consulting practice.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth and Profitability
    • Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies to grow and retain Kyndryl's most valuable accounts.
    • Proactively generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.
    • Maximize renewals by selling new offerings while minimizing erosion to ensure account growth.
    • Own the account P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction, integrity, and compliance.
  • Build Strategic Connections
    • Cultivate and maintain deep connections with top-level decision-makers.
    • Collaborate with sales team members to ensure seamless management from prospecting to closing.
    • Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners to drive new deals.
    • Leverage industry expertise to provide innovative solutions and position Kyndryl as a leader.
  • Deliver Excellence
    • Identify and qualify new opportunities to deliver bespoke services tailored to each customer’s unique needs.
    • Maintain a stellar reputation by ensuring account excellence and integrity in all actions.
    • Use creativity and expertise to transform the future of account management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience running account P&L.
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
  • 7+ years of experience managing the sales process end-to-end.
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost management, profitability, trends, and risks.
  • Open-minded and empathetic approach in customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree (preferred).
  • Sales experience in technical solutions (preferred).

Pay

The compensation range for this full-time position in the U.S. is $159,240 to $286,560, with variations based on geography, job-related skills, and experience. Specific ranges for select locations:

  • California: $175,080 to $343,920
  • Colorado: $159,240 to $286,560
  • New York City: $191,040 to $343,920
  • Connecticut/New Jersey: $159,240 to $343,920
  • Washington: $175,080 to $315,240
  • Washington DC: $175,080 to $315,240

Compensation for part-time roles will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not fall below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.
