For our client, a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space, we are seeking a Director of CRM Partnerships & Strategy to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison connecting Global Development with Data & Technology, ensuring business needs inform CRM enhancements
  • Represent the voice of Global Development in CRM strategy, governance, and data architecture to optimize fundraising effectiveness
  • Lead the project's transition to use Salesforce as the single authoritative system for donor data through Project OneView
  • Coordinate Global Development's migration from Salesforce NPSP to NPC, overseeing implementation and user readiness efforts
  • Serve as the internal expert on NPC to enhance and modernize fundraising processes
  • Ensure integration of Global Development's systems with Salesforce, maintaining accurate donor data flows
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards, train team members on CRM tools, and propose relevant technology updates

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM and nonprofit development; strong knowledge of NPSP and NPC is essential
  • Ability to translate complex fundraising needs into CRM requirements and data solutions
  • Experience with managing CRM migrations and systems integration
  • Proficient in Business Intelligence and reporting tools; familiarity with Tableau is preferred
  • Deep understanding of philanthropy, fundraising verticals, and constituent relationship management
  • Strong project management capabilities; can handle multiple initiatives at once
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with platforms like Luminate Online, Greater Giving/New Signature Events, and Workday is a plus

Pay

$95,000 – $125,000 annually
