About the role
The Snowflake Brand Design team is seeking an experienced individual to lead our creative producers and traffic manager while serving as "mission control" for all workstreams flowing into the department. This role requires a hybrid work schedule with 3 days per week attendance at our Menlo Park office.
Responsibilities
- Process and Project Management
- Strategic Scaling: Scale the creative operations function to support enterprise-level, high-velocity business needs; influence marketing planning cycles and champion cross-functional project prioritization.
- Workflow Optimization: Evaluate and modify department SLAs for creative delivery; build workback schedules and lead your team in driving projects to the schedule; publish guidelines and "How to Engage" documentation to the broader marketing organization to manage expectations.
- System Ownership: Own the team’s project management system (Wrike), ensuring meticulous data accuracy, robust status tracking, and clear timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Asset Management: Collaborate with the design team to evaluate file-naming conventions and optimize backend storage for working files (both internal and external agency files).
- Tools and Systems Management: Own the Design team’s core toolstack (including Wrike and Canva); evaluate, procure, and onboard net-new plugins, AI tools, and subscriptions to continuously optimize team capabilities.
- AI-Native Processes
- Using Snowflake agentic AI products (CoCo, CoWork) conceptualize and build improvements and innovations within our toolstack, from intake to delivery and everything in between.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Team Leadership: Plan and lead daily stand-up meetings, ensuring clear documentation, action-item tracking, and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the bridge between creative and internal stakeholder teams to gather missing requirements, align feedback, and secure project inputs.
- Stakeholder Updates: Provide proactive, timely updates to stakeholders and extended team members to keep all projects tracking smoothly.
- Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on quarterly performance metrics to optimize department strategy, planning, and resourcing.
- Agency Partnership: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with external agency partners while managing contracts, budgets, and project timelines to ensure high-quality delivery.
- AI Adoption & Evangelism: Champion AI tool adoption across the creative operations function, building hands-on proficiency and developing workflows, automations, and templates that drive repeatable efficiency at scale.
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing or creative operations experience, preferably within the B2B technology sector or a hyper-growth environment.
- Proven project management expertise with a strong track record of managing high-volume project pipelines in parallel using tools like Wrike.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop framework toolkits, guidelines, and processes that enable world-class brand experiences at scale.
- Comprehensive knowledge of creative production, including solid understanding of production requirements for both print and digital delivery.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, listen actively, and build consensus.
- Leadership and resilience, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to dive into the work while leading calmly under tight deadlines and pressure.
Qualifications

- Preferred Skills and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, communications, or related field.
- Experience working within or directly alongside creative organizations (agency or in-house brand team) with firsthand understanding of how brand and creative production operates.
- Strong familiarity with graphic design, print production, motion graphics, web, and video workflows.
- Experience with Wrike (or similar), Google Office Suite, Slack, Figma and agentic AI tools.
