Director - Cost Management

Responsibilities
- Grow the Advanced Manufacturing/Semiconductor division, managing a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other organizations.
- Serve as a DE&I leader by being a voice for marginalized groups and create a safe and equitable working environment for everyone.
- Understand and advocate for the Linesight culture—encouraging clarity, candor, and openness at all levels.
- Manage and develop key accounts with major corporations that have significant capex and global presence.
- Achieve revenue targets, manage team costs, and meet business gross margin requirements.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on account performance, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
- Participate in Regional Senior Leadership Team meetings, providing input on initiatives and business strategy.
- Advocate and implement the highest standards of Health and Safety in all operations.
- Advocate for innovation, engaging in global initiatives to deliver process automation design and data gathering.
- Act with integrity and conduct yourself in a proper, professional, and responsible manner.
- Understand and implement strict client confidentiality policies and communicate these requirements to employees.
- Collaborate with E/VPs to develop and execute a regional strategy aligning with organizational goals.
- Partner with the Linesight marketing team to develop and implement regional strategies promoting brand awareness and ROI.
- Partner with the Linesight talent acquisition team to develop a pipeline of local talent in the region.
- Partner with HR to ensure all staff hired in the region have a best-in-class onboarding experience.
- Advocate for in-office attendance and engage with and support all staff on a regular basis.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in construction/project management with increasing leadership and people management responsibilities.
- A degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or another construction-related discipline.
- Experience in Advanced Manufacturing, Semiconductor, or large-scale industrial/mission-critical projects.
- Preferred: Cost, scheduling, and project controls experience within this market, as well as support for US projects.
- PMP and LEED AP qualifications or progress toward completing them (support provided).
- Passion for building and developing a global team through mentoring, coaching, and training.
- Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients through shared purpose, openness, and fun.
Work Environment
This opportunity is open to remote or hybrid standards. If local to one of our US offices, the preferred candidate will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. If non-local, this will be a full-time remote opportunity requiring frequent travel to regional offices or project sites as needed.
Pay
The salary range for this role is $225,000.00–$250,000.00 USD, with actual salary dependent on experience, education, and skillset. The role is bonus eligible.
