About the role
The Director of Corporate Strategy is responsible for helping shape the company's long-term strategic direction in the cyber resilience market and accelerating growth through data-driven insights, market intelligence, and cross-functional execution. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this leader partners closely with the executive team to identify growth opportunities, shape where the company invests, and helps translate strategy into the long-range operating plan. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who combines analytical rigor with strong business acumen and the ability to influence executive decision-making. The Director of Corporate Strategy will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping translate vision into actionable strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and refine the company's multi-year corporate strategy.
- Identify market trends, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities that influence business direction.
- Develop strategic recommendations supported by financial analysis, customer insights, and market research.
- Create executive-level presentations and Board materials that clearly communicate strategic priorities.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to drive strategic initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks, milestones, and KPIs to monitor strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate executive decision-making by synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations.
- Conduct strategic benchmarking.
- Measure strategic initiative performance and recommend adjustments as business conditions evolve.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field. MBA from a leading business school preferred.
- 8+ years of experience including management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic finance, or corporate development. Management consulting experience at a top-tier firm is a plus, not a requirement.
- Experience working in, or consulting for, a publicly traded company – including enterprise software, SaaS, or data security / cyber resilience is preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and long-range strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.
- Experience presenting recommendations to executive leadership and/or Boards of Directors.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex business and market data.

Pay
Pay Range: $168,300—$270,250 USD
