What You Will Be Doing?
- Strategic Planning: Develop and articulate long-term strategies that align with organizational goals, informed by market trends and competitive insights.
- Executive Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to evaluate and prioritize strategic opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Project Leadership: Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution including preparing materials and facilitating workshops.
- Team Development: Build and manage a high-performing team, providing mentorship and fostering professional growth.
- Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring adoption and measurable impact.
- Trend Monitoring: Analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market shifts to inform strategic recommendations
What You Will Need to Bring?
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- 8–12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles (retail, consumer, or omnichannel experience strongly preferred)
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies that drive growth and innovation.
- Leadership Excellence: Inspires, motivates, and develops a high-performing strategy team.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Approaches complex challenges with structured thinking and innovative solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Builds strong relationships with executive leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Execution Focus: Ensures timely and high-quality delivery of strategic initiatives and projects
- Business Acumen: Ability to connect strategy to financial outcomes and operational plans
- Communication skills: Ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences
- Ownership and accountability: Ability to “get things done” in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and able to create structure where it does not exist
