What You Will Be Doing?

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and articulate long-term strategies that align with organizational goals, informed by market trends and competitive insights.
  • Executive Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to evaluate and prioritize strategic opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Project Leadership: Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution including preparing materials and facilitating workshops.
  • Team Development: Build and manage a high-performing team, providing mentorship and fostering professional growth.
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring adoption and measurable impact.
  • Trend Monitoring: Analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market shifts to inform strategic recommendations

What You Will Need to Bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • 8–12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles (retail, consumer, or omnichannel experience strongly preferred)
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies that drive growth and innovation.
  • Leadership Excellence: Inspires, motivates, and develops a high-performing strategy team.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Approaches complex challenges with structured thinking and innovative solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Builds strong relationships with executive leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Execution Focus: Ensures timely and high-quality delivery of strategic initiatives and projects
  • Business Acumen: Ability to connect strategy to financial outcomes and operational plans
  • Communication skills: Ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences
  • Ownership and accountability: Ability to “get things done” in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with ambiguity and able to create structure where it does not exist
