Director - Corporate Security Partnerships
About the role
This is a US or UK based remote role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global partnership strategy that aligns with Dataminr’s growth objectives in the Corporate Security market.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop compelling joint value propositions, integrated solutions, and co-marketing collateral.
- Equip partner sales and account teams with clear, actionable knowledge of Dataminr’s products, value propositions, and differentiators through scalable training and playbooks.
- Identify and recruit priority partners, establish repeatable processes for onboarding, enablement and success.
- Coordinate annual and quarterly priorities, ensuring Dataminr’s offerings are positioned effectively within partner strategic frameworks.
- Establish KPIs and reporting cadences to measure partner productivity and pipeline impact.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align partner motions with the product roadmap and the needs of our customers.
- Act as the “voice of the partner” internally, ensuring we continue to solve specific workflow challenges faced by corporate security teams.
- Discuss AI’s impact and transformative effect on the corporate security industry in high-impact blogs, webinars, panels, and keynote presentations at security events and trade shows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of direct corporate security experience inside a Global Security department, or at a vendor that supports GSOC, Security Intelligence, or Crisis Management teams.
- Experienced working with end users, customers, and partners.
- Deep understanding of the corporate security industry, including buyer personas, the competitive landscape, and strategic objectives of in-house teams.
- Ability to demo AI-powered SaaS platforms, and explain how AI and agentic capabilities are changing corporate security workflows.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and operate at the C-Suite level.
- Able and willing to travel as required.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of direct corporate security experience inside a Global Security department, or at a vendor that supports GSOC, Security Intelligence, or Crisis Management teams.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the corporate security industry, including buyer personas, the competitive landscape, and strategic objectives of in-house teams.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to demo AI-powered SaaS platforms, and explain how AI and agentic capabilities are changing corporate security workflows.
Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and operate at the C-Suite level.
- Hands-on operator who is equally comfortable with high-level strategy and tactical execution.
Benefits
The annual on-target earnings (OTE) for this position are $214,400 - $315,500, which consists of the annual base salary and annual commission target for the role. You will also be eligible to receive Company equity. Actual OTE will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
