Director, Corporate Security

Responsibilities

• Establish internal security and compliance goals and create a growth roadmap
• Design and implement security controls to protect the organization's assets
• Engage in threat management in collaboration with an outsourced SOC
• Report regularly on the status of the information security program to senior leaders
• Manage security incidents, including response and remediation efforts
• Maintain and evolve information security policies and guidelines
• Develop and lead security awareness programs for employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Security, or similar field
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISA
• 10+ years of direct experience in Information Security roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a security organization
• Familiarity with enterprise security technologies: firewalls, EDR, SIEM, and more
• In-depth knowledge of security principles, standards, and risk management methodologies
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues
