About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Leading Self Portfolio aligning development with business needs
  • Partner with various stakeholders to identify and prioritize learning needs
  • Enhance and evolve the Leading Self portfolio based on feedback and metrics
  • Design integrated learning journeys for employee development
  • Increase awareness and ownership of learning among employees and managers
  • Utilize analytics to measure learning effectiveness and drive improvements
  • Leverage AI technologies to enhance learner engagement and impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years in Learning & Development or related fields
  • Experience leading learning initiatives in biotech or related sectors
  • Ability to translate business needs into learning strategies with senior leaders
  • Expertise in designing various learning experiences including blended formats
  • Experience using AI-enabled learning platforms for engagement
  • Strong skills in consulting, facilitation, and analytics

Pay

$211,000 – $264,000 annually
