Job Summary The Director, Learning & Development is responsible for leading the transformation of learning and development across the Company. As a key member of the People Team, this role will build and scale a modern learning ecosystem that enables exceptional customer care, operational excellence, and an outstanding team member experience. The Director will be responsible for enterprise onboarding, clinical and operational training, learning technologies, instructional design, and field training delivery across all markets. This role requires an innovative leader who can balance strategic vision with operational execution, leveraging learning technology, data, AI, and modern instructional design methodologies to create scalable, measurable learning experiences that improve performance and accelerate organizational growth.
